May 19th, nine years ago, our Lucy Goose was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and received her first blood transfusion. By the end of her far-too-short 5 month battle she would receive over 100 different blood product transfusions. To pay forward the generosity of blood donors who provided us with that additional time with her then, we are hosting a blood drive to supplement the blood supply for Arizona patients in need now. 💛💉
