May 19th, six years ago, our Lucy Goose was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and received her first blood transfusion. By the end of her far-too-short 5 month battle she would receive over 100 different blood product transfusions. To pay forward the generosity of blood donors who provided us with that additional time with her then, we are hosting a blood drive to supplement the blood supply for Arizona patients in need now. 💛💉

***Due to Covid-19 this drive has been moved from a bus drive to an indoor drive. The Director of the ALA Mesa campus has graciously allowed us to use their gym. New regulations put in place by the FDA and CDC require that all donors must wear some form of face covering/mask and absolutely no walk-ins will be allowed. Only those with a scheduled appointment will be allowed to participate so PLEASE make an appointment and if you become unable to attend we ask that you cancel your appointment ASAP in hopes of someone else being able to fill it.***

Please join us on Tuesday, May 19th, between 3 and 8 pm to make a life-saving donation. We are sad that we will not be able to socialize, offer food and drink and provide childcare like we traditionally have. We look forward to spending time with everyone at the August drive (hopefully!)
